Carlton has been with Tufenkian since opening the showroom in Los Angeles. Carlton brings a strong sense of style and integrity to Tufenkian. He has a degree in interior design and has sold Tufenkian Carpets over twenty years. His expert knowledge of handmade rugs and creative background makes him an excellent consultant to designers interested in selecting and customizing Tufenkian creations. Carlton provides excellent customer service to all clients and hands on attention to all installations. He has a strong vision of Tufenkian's contribution to the world's social, economical and environmental consciousness and is enthusiastic in helping that vision to unfold. Carlton's ongoing client list includes Darrell Schmitt Design Associates, CC and Company, Espace Design and Construction, Michael C.F. JJ joined the Tufenkian team in 2012.  His first design experience was decorating store fronts on Rodeo Drive.  He later started his own company specializing in prop procurement for large scale events.  He best describes himself as an overall visual artist, which includes interior design, photography and clothing design.  He is also the host of his own show offering quick design tips for small spaces.

JJ is handling all of the operations for the Los Angeles showroom. His organizational skills and attention to detail support him in providing excellent customer service.

Kwajalyn (also known as "KB") is newest addition to the Tufenkian Los Angeles Showroom.
Kwajalyn's strength and passion is in expressing creativity particularly in the re-visioning of furniture pieces and clothing. She is earning her degree in Interior Design at the Art Institute of California and has an Associates Degree in Computer Aided Drafting & Design from ITT-Technical Institute. Kwajalyn has a strong retail background from Bloomingdale’s where she was employed as a Sales Specialist (Villeroy and Boch) and Visual Merchandiser. Her knowledge of the best ways to be creative with color and textures have been proven to be an excellent consulting tool. Kwajalyn has a great mix of design, merchandising, sales and customer service skills. It gives Kwajalyn great pleasure to utilize the best of all of these skills to provide each client with personalized service.
